2. Lunch-and-Learn:  You’re Invited!

All are welcome at our Lunch-and-Learn on Sunday, November 20th following the 10:30am service. Together we will begin to think about the role of music in worship, as well as congregational singing. This initiative is part of the Music Ministry Pilot Program which began last weekend with the All Souls’ Evensong. The success of the pilot program depends on YOUR involvement, so please join us for this exciting discussion!

3. FaithWorks Appeal

FaithWorks is the Diocese of Toronto’s co-ordinated outreach effort supporting 14 ministry partners who reach out to those in need in our greater Toronto community partnering with organizations such as the Philip Aziz Centre for hospice care, The Bridge prison ministry, Toronto Urban Native Ministry and AURA for refugees. This year, in addition, the Diocese is inviting donations towards the creation of a Spirit Garden at Toronto City Hall in response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s call for the installation of Residential School Monuments in each provincial capital. A display and information packages are at the back of the church.

4. Meditation

Meditation is held in the church on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:15.This is a wonderful opportunity to join with others in cultivating the disciplines of stillness and silence. No experience necessary. All are welcome!

9. Holiday Craft Market December 3rd

CALLING ALL BAKERS! We are pleased to announce that 24 vendors have confirmed their participation in the market but the market will also include a BAKE SALE. So we are counting on contributions from parishioners to make this the huge success it has been in the past. Baked goods can be dropped off to the church between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. on the morning of Dec. 3rd. Save your take-out/fast food containers to be re-used.
