4. One Sanctuary Lamp Still Available
As the church is being rewired the three red sanctuary lamps from the chancel have been taken down. Traditionally one lamp is left burning day and night to signify the presence of the Reserved Sacrament in the chapel, and we will continue to do that with the aumbry candle. If you would like to own one of the lamps, for a donation, please let us know by contacting the church office: office@staidansinthebeach.com

6. Meaningful Allyship Follow-up: Sunday April 25, 4 pm

7. AURA Fundraiser for Refugees
AURA (Anglican United Refugee Alliance) is partnering this spring with Plantables as a fundraiser. 8. Two Learning Opportunities – April 20

1. Film screening & panel discussion hosted by The Condor & The Eagle and Catholic Climate Covenant. The award-winning documentary follows four Indigenous leaders embarking on an adventure from the Canadian boreal forest in North America to the heart of the Amazon jungle in South America.

2. Voices For Peace   The first of three webinars comprising this year’s Voices for Peace conference, “Radical Hope, Radical Resistance” takes place on Tuesday, April 20 from 7 to 9 PM. Dr. Sylvia Keesmaat will speak on Recovering our Roots in the Community of Creation. Karri Munn-Venn from Citizens for Public Justice will respond, linking us to events and actions from the For the Love of Creation campaign.
